I wonder if I can have Reflexology with AF anyone know ?
Reflexology.: I wonder if I can have... - Atrial Fibrillati...
Reflexology.
Why ever not? That sort of therapy including Bowen, Acupuncture etc have been know to help in some cases especially if the AF is vagally mediated when calming the vagus nerve can reduce events for some people.
Thanks.
I would think definitely you can - and I am interested to hear if it has any impacts (if there are any I am sure they would be positive).
I saw a thread here recently that someone wouldn't give acupuncture because the person was on blood thinners. My sister is a physio and did some dry needling on me once when i was on blood thinners and it was fine.
Reflexology is fine. The experience can vary depending on the therapist. So if you don't get much from the 1st therapist you try then try another.
A reflexologist came along to our WI and I wildly volunteered... It was great. Really enjoyed it, ticker didn't mind at all
I have reflexology regularly. Only other firm of massage I can have is head because of the anti coagulants.
Are massages ok too??
I did, it was fine😊
What about reiki ( hope I've got the right spelling)
