Who have afib for a long time and how many years

I am 38 years i had 2 valves replace in my heart when I was 14 years old I never had afib before, 4 months ago I had afib they had to shock me back

I had a hole in heart repair at 7 years old. No symptoms and then I had a routine healthy heart check at 40 and discovered I have permanent afib. Had a resting heart rate of 104bpm and irregular heart rhythm. A few years on I am on 5mg bisoprolol and my resting heart rate is down to around 80bpm still totally wacky heart rhythm.
