Anyone had a ct angiogram including brain and circle of Willis have to have one as I had a Tia Good news heart doing well

Can't help I'm afraid, had contrast CT to check for clot/bleed and that was quick and painless, once port was inserted into vein. My guess is the procedure will be similar - a port is inserted into vein, go to radiology, into CT scanner, contrast dye is inserted into vein - funny cold feeling - CT takes a few minutes - alll done - port is removed.

Good luck, I understand it is a relatively new test and an improvement in scanning techniques with new scanner.
