Kardia problems

Can anyone tell me how to reset the password on Alivecor/ Kardia? For some reason it wants me to enter password even though It says I am logged in. It's also saying no signal and wifi is working? Always happens when I need to use it. Thanks

Email Kardia directly - that happened to me once and they got right back to me and were very helpful - but if in US use US site or U.K. Their site.

Sorry, can't remember how I got around it, I know it was very complicated.

Use forgot.password. A link will be sent to your account email to reset password. Good for.some x amount of time.

Thanks. I tried that but it's now not recognising my email address!? I think I have gremlins. I've emailed them and waiting for reply
