nothing seems to work ...which is probably down to mt zero tech. knowledge

At the top of the page you'll next to HealthUnlocked you will see an Icon and besides that your name and besides that a down arrowhead.

Select the arrowhead and then select Settings and then will come up all the options for you to tick what you want to receive and then save them.
