A Fib is an irregular beat with no regularity so I doubt from what you describe it is AF.

Svt is supra ventricular tachycardia which is a rapid rhythm originating in the atria. So it's like a run of the common supra ventricular ectopics , which is just a single extra beat. It has nothing to do with af unless its irregular with a rate of more than100

But if you think you are getting runs of fast beats it's worth considering retesting with a holter

I have had 3 types of AF so to speak, SVT AF and Flutter, I will know more when I have my follow up discussion, originally SVT was diagnosed although it was difficult to diagnose on its own even with seeing an EP, it did eventually gather momentum and AF was then captured along with SVT and flutter, so although it is a separate condition its still related to AF.

With those short bursts you are experiencing this also happened to me, but unfortunately they behaved themselves during a holter monitor, I suggest you write out any episodes regardless of calling them anything, eg duration 2 slow and one fast ect. and take your pulse rate. I benefited with monitor of my own called alivecore on my phone, but for you its early days to suggest that. I wouldn't be overly concerned about the tag that is put onto it at this stage.

Get an alivecor/Kardia portable monitor. They help catch any weirdness. I had a run 12 months after ablation which I thought was AF, was able to catch it with my monitor, cardio told me it was just a lot of ectopic coming together.
