Yes similar problems. For me, the software upgrade wiped the past ECGs, and left only the diagnoses, either normal or AF. It's a huge problem if you want to share past readings with a cardiologist.

My reading of the website was that there's a free trial of premium until. Feb 17. I note the previous free trial was until Sept 30 2016.

If you are paying a current subscription it sounds like you should contact customer support.

May not be a problem at all - mine are there on my iPhone and wjhen I log into AliveCor using the PC. Check both methods.

With your phone try logging out of AliveCor and then logging back in again. If that doesn't work reboot your phone by powering it down for 2 to 3 mins and then restarting.

It is quite possible with your phone that updating and temporary files are still hanging there and this is causing a problem. If you have an iPhone you can clear these by going onto the App store and pressing one of the buttons at the bottom of the screen 10 times in succession and then it will go onto a blank screen and then return to the home screen once it has cleared all the temporary files.

Every phone, tablet and PC should be turned off once a week, left off for 2 to 3 minutes and then restarted.

I'm not a computer expert!!!!

The other thing to do is close down Apps that you are not using. I try and remember to do it once a week. However just done it now and I had 28 Apps that I was able to close!!!

I think that Alivecor/Kardia said they would allow historical access to legacy customers that purchased an Alivecor before the time they brought out Premium. This is what the email said that I received back in March this year:

"As a thank you for your support and loyalty, all existing AliveCor customers will always be able to access their ongoing, detailed EKG recording history in the Journal feature of the Kardia app. And through September 30, all existing and new customers can try Kardia Premium free."

It seems like the date of Sept 16 has now changed to Feb 17.
