Six weeks post ablation

Feeling really good after ablation, but am getting very tight sensation in my heart/chest area, that won't go away. I'm trying very hard to keep my activity levels low, I'm usually very busy. Very frustrating.

You may not have a giant zip up your chest but you heart has had quite a trauma. Give it time.
