I do not seem to get automatic regular posts from AF Health Unlocked any more ..How can I get back on track. I am logged in. Any ideas?

I had that problem a while back, I got in touch with the help centre on here and they fixed it, can't remember what the problem was but it was sorted almost immediately. If you click on the help button at the top of the page here there are several FAQs and I think one of them answered the same query.

Yes I had the same problem a while back, with not getting AF post notifications, and like mrsg46 I too contacted the help centre on here and they sorted it for me. It wasn't something I could solve on my own and I have a feeling they had to contact my internet provider to right it.

The main thing is that you must add the following to your address book whether you are using a web browser based email or you are using a proprietary email package on your PC. The address is:

Note that I found an anomaly when I had problems (took a few weeks and I also set op some other new email addresses especially for HUL) is that I use Microsoft Office 2010 (and hence Outlook 2010) on the PC and I also use an iPad and iPhone (ie Apple Mail). However due to some software glitch the email address was on my PC OK but it was not synchronising with the web based Outlook which affected the Web version of Outlook and the Apple Mail. The Apple Mail gets it's info from the Outlook Server. Therefore when HUL sent emails as it hit the Outlook server the emails were rejected and dumped into a black hole.
