Looks fine to me for Alivecor. It never shows a p wave in any case. Quite even with some slightly longer intervals but not AF.

As Bob says there is mild irregularity which is most likely sinus arrhythmia (if it coincides with resp rate). P waves poorly visible. Are you concerned about anything in particular?

I have never had the unable to classy notice appear with this hr I am only 10 days post ablation and heart feels a bit strange but like bob sAys it's had a good belting 5hrs worth

I can quite often get unclassified, especially with atrial tachycardia.

When I get an 'unclassified' reading I take it it means I'm not in AF so it's either atrial tachycardia or sinus tachycardia, either way it's always because my HR is high.
