Well just about mAde it from bed to bAth feel like I have been hit by a truck heart had a bit of a fit after I had a shower so have been in bed All day slept most of it mazza

You really have been through the mill! All you can do is rest, eat little and often and keep your fluid intake up.

I promise you that it will get better. Meantime you must be kind to yourself.

Rest, rest and more rest Mazza. Very early days so you must take it easy. Hope you feel better soon as I m sure you will.
