Is there a known link to these conditions ? I was interested in the comments about hot baths eyc to reduce symptoms.

AF and poor circulation
Nothing on my radar as it being a cause of AF but of course if you are in fibrillation your circulation is poor anyway, hence the people who collapse or faint.
To improve circulation my Physio said to do alternate hot and cold immersion for 30 to 45 seconds. The only effective way is to use two washing up bowls that are big enough for you to put your feet in. The baths do help circulation for a bit but I use them more as a total relaxant and find it works very well, including relaxing my heart.
I understood that Bisoprolol can reduce circulation. I get cold fingers and toes now I take this, in a way I never did before.
My experience is the easiest route to avoid problems with poor circulation and obtain other benefits is the simplest - just brisk walking x2 per day for 1+ mile each time.
