My question is I have had multiple ecgs dine and some my PR interval is short and some my PR interval is normal!?!? What could be causing this? Why would it change from normal to short back to normal then short again on different ekgs? Could this be dehydration? Anxiety?

Short PR/ normal PR

Hi there Billie. I can't help at all with your queries, and in 14 hours nobody has responded (although many of us may have been asleep most of the time) so it might be a bit of a challenge.
I once had an interesting experience watching an EP study an ECG I provided for his perusal. It took him several minutes to glean all the information it revealed to him. I felt rather like someone watching a cat or a dog smelling something. So much information there for him that was lost on me.
Isn't this what is meant by an 'erratic heart beat?'

This explains very clearly what might be the cause but it is up to your EP to find out (if it is significant) what is. We couldn't possibly comment 🤐
Wow, so interesting and explains a lot but yes, i think i will leave it to the experts to interpret. Good job we have E.P.s to do the job! X
Short PR interval is good - don't worry. It's when it gets over 200mS it indicates there is/has been something wrong, possibly a previous MI.
