Hello , can anyone tell me if af meds effect cholestral test results please , I have read online that beta blockers can ,but doctor says no ? Iam also on flecinide , and omeprozle to protect stomach my fasting level for cholestral says its9.2

Not aware that cholesterol is affected by any AF medication.

Did you have a full lipid screening.? There are different sorts of cholesterol - some help some don't ("good" and "bad")

Like Bob, I haven't heard of anything that does either. Mine is a constant total of 4.1 and I have been taking AF medication for over 10 years now. Do you take statins?
