I reported last week that my machine gave a reading of 4. I was surprised it was so high and also felt blood sample was very small. I retested and it the new result was 2.5.

I reported this to Roche and they immediately offered to replace the machine, strips and lancets. They were very helpful so big thumbs up!

Did they say the machine was faulty ? Did you get any explanation ? I've got one ,the only trouble I've had is not getting a proper reading when in fast AF sometimes. Terry

No. I think it's just in case. They are sending out new machine etc and an envelope to return old one.
