Fresh air is good or a inside a car with the aircon on and a good pollen filter. lol

If you are on beta blockers it won't help.

It was quite humid here on Friday and I went out in the car with aircon on, stopped at the surgery and picked up a prescription, then went to the pharmacy to get it. As I walked back to the car I began to feel very peculiar, weak, nauseous

with a feeling of anxiety/heat coming up from my stomach to my chest and shoulders. When I got home I still felt awful and was very shakey. The feeling described would come over me in waves and I didn't feel right for about 3 hours!

Have been in Afib for 8 days this time, but never felt like that before. It has shaken my confidence in going out. I am on beta blockers, so would like to ask Bob what he means by "it won't help"?

Have been ok since. Are you feelin better now, heartbreaker?

Beta blockers slow everything down and if you are even slightly asthmatic will exacerbate breathlessness so in hot and humid when you need extra heart effort you will be left without it, thus making things worse.
