feeling strange.....
Fresh air is good or a inside a car with the aircon on and a good pollen filter. lol
If you are on beta blockers it won't help.
Bob
It was quite humid here on Friday and I went out in the car with aircon on, stopped at the surgery and picked up a prescription, then went to the pharmacy to get it. As I walked back to the car I began to feel very peculiar, weak, nauseous
with a feeling of anxiety/heat coming up from my stomach to my chest and shoulders. When I got home I still felt awful and was very shakey. The feeling described would come over me in waves and I didn't feel right for about 3 hours!
Have been in Afib for 8 days this time, but never felt like that before. It has shaken my confidence in going out. I am on beta blockers, so would like to ask Bob what he means by "it won't help"?
Have been ok since. Are you feelin better now, heartbreaker?
hiya, dont feel 100% but trying to carry on as normal, well as normal as i can be! ive had a good few weeks of feeling great.... now, 4 days of feeling wierd, shaky, dizzy etc? hope it subsides soon, it def knocks your confidence doesnt it? im on beta blockers 2 & would also like 2 know what you meant bob?
