What are your experiences of persistent AF and treatment?

Hi all,

I’m a research student looking for patients who would be interested in sharing their experiences of persistent AF and treatment, by completing an online survey.

If you have been diagnosed with persistent AF and are undergoing catheter ablation, cardioversion or atrioventricular (AV) node ablation in the near future, we’d love to hear from you!

Participants will be invited to complete the online survey prior to their procedure, and at 3, 6 and 12 months after. The survey will ask about your experiences of treatment and your thoughts, feelings and behaviours related to AF.
