Hybrid 2 update....

I have been home now for 24 hrs and had 8 hours unbroken sleep last night. I have been wearing my training heart monitor which is showing my resting heart rate at around the low 70s. It hasn't been like that for well over a year so that's exciting. I have been sat with my right leg elevated for most of the time while watching out on TV. Luckily there's a lot of sport this weekend so the plan is to take it easy until Monday and then start some walking.. When I walk up the stairs my rate rises to about 107 but then falls back quite quickly so for the time all is looking good.
