With me I started on 1.25mg at the end of September and it was increased in 1.25mg steps until I was on 5mg at the end of November (1 week after DCCV - had gone back into AF in 24 hour shift). In the last 4 weeks I have gone up in two steps to 7.5mg this week. It was my choice (agreed with consultant EP) that the recent increase from 5 to 7.5 was in two steps rather than one. I had ablation at the end of March. No particular effects.

Suesteve,I have been on 2-25mgs it made me very tired and lethargic,my GP cut it down to 1-25mgs,when I saw Cardiologist he said it was fine to stay on that dose,I see him again next week so hopefully no change in medication,I feel fine at the moment!
