Checking out consultant

Hi as suggested in answer to my earlier question looked up consultant to whom I was transferred to see his areas are cardiology pacing echo cardiology. Does the pacing mean AF never seen this before

No it means he fits pacemakers. It also probably means he has some knowledge of arrhythmias so better than the average bear yogi.

Thank you so much BobD it explains why I originally saw consultant cardiologist after ECG and he put me over to this chap who has looked at me further plus more ECGs put me on Bisoprolol and warfarin but said pacemaker may be required in future...
