I was diagnosed with AF in 2011, I had cardio version in sept 2012 which worked and I've had very few episodes up until the last 6 weeks. I have been on flecanide, bisoprol, warfarin and ramipril since having cardioversion.
Over the last few weeks I've had symptoms of pain, numbness down left arm, pain around heart is this due to AF?
Go see a doctor as soon as possible and if it happens over the weekend go to A and E . ANY chest pain should be investigated. It may be the AF again but best to be checked out.

Totally agree with BobD's comment, don't ignore the chest pain and numbness down your arm, go and get seen so medics can comfirm a diagnosis.

I'm afraid chest pain and pain down the left arm is likely to be heart related and you should get this checked out straight away- A and e if needed as Bob has said.

I have af and my cardiologist say that I need a pacemaker to help it but because they say is about the only thing that would help my af ,I was fit and healthy2 years ago until they found a hole in my heart which I had ohs for which left me pretty unwell ,the meds that I am on do not seem to help .
