Anyone seen the Telly quiz 1000 heartbeats? Contestants are wired up to a monitor and their bpm is shown on screen. All questions have to be answered in under 1000 beats! I'm not a daytime watcher - this was on in the waiting room at the cardiology clinic this afternoon 😀

I caught the tail end the other day and laughed at the idea of any of us taking part. Mind you the chap who will win was the3 chap who I once tested with a heart rate of 32bpm!

Saw the start of it the other day, to be honest I couldn`t watch it all, not my kind of entertainment - I was too concerned about the person`s heart rate!! Not sure this will take on ..... not exactly relaxing viewing for the likes of us :0) Have a good day.

I also laughed at the idea of this game for some of us. Either Id be brilliant at it when my heartrate was below 50bpm or rubbish when Im in fast AF at over 150bpm. Id have to choose my day carefully ha ha

I'm laughing now and eyeing the opportunities - load up with bisoprolol and stagger on to a show, get rich quick! But as Bridget says, pick the wrong day and we'd be lucky to get in a couple of answers! Very funny.

reminded me of Roller Ball film,where the contestants risk death to win! HA HA! Yeah we'd either be brilliant at it,topped out with beta blockers and rubbish flipping out with AF! Go for it Eatsalottie!

I'm glad I'm not the only one to find this funny for us AFers - mine at 190 would mean the game was over before it began! Good we can laugh about it though eh!

I saw it on Friday around 4 pm while I was waiting for my appointment with the cardiologist! I think it's on ITV.
