I've been on it for 9 months. No obvious side effects. Have had a couple of kidney function tests and will have another next month. No problems from bleeding or bruising - I used to bruise worse on aspirin. Much happier on Rivaroxaban than I was on Warfarin. There seem to be fewer interactions with other drugs e.g. Antibiotics.

No side effects after five months. No kidney tests, or any other tests, have been mentioned.

Have been on the medication for over a year without any problems.

On the whole absolutely fine for me. Been on this since June 2014. I did get bleeding gums for a while but nothing major. You should be aware though that if you have anything major happen to you in terms of injury, there's no immediate 'antidote' for rivaroxaban i.e. you can't immediately de-anti coagulate which is a fundamental difference to warfarin. I've had no problems with it/

I've not had any problems after the first few weeks where I did feel any old injuries... it finally leveled out. As for antidotes, Rivaroxaban has a short half life - healthy people :

has a half‐life of approximately 5 to 9 hours in healthy subjects aged 20 to 45 years and 11 to 13 hours in the elderly.

I am grateful to be free of diet alterations and blood testing. I have been on it for one year and will have blood tested next week!

On it since November and thus far no problems and very happy to be off the restrictions of warfarin.

Been on Rivaroxaban since 9th Jan so far so good, I feel fine I do not miss going for blood tests or thinking about what I'm eating, this is so much better for me, on Warfarin I had 2 strokes 2 bleeds it just did not work out for me.

Will be having full blood tests for kidneys etc in a years time if not before !
