Migraine

I have my pacemaker replaced in November last year. Six weeks later I got a skin infection around the wounds and needed antibiotics to clear it up. During the past three weeks I have started to get quite severe migraine symptom, which start with blurred vision ending with a splitting headache, which I find quite worrying. Anyone else suffered anything similar.

I am convinced (through my own experience) that af and migraines are connected. I suffered with bad migraines for ten years, then started with af and the migraines ceased almost entirely. Now I find if I have a long spell without an af attack (which is fairly rare), I invariably get a migraine.

I am wondering whether people who suffer migraine are more sensitive to meds. I have a lot of headaches (on beta blocker and Pradaxa) is there any research on this?
