Can fruit of any type cause the INR reading to suddenly drop.

If it has a high vit K content it would Google vit K in whatever you are wondering about and see its content

Hi Dottilind

The highest Vit K per portion I could find is Prunes with 60mcg, compare this to a portion of Kale with 1147 mcg.

Therefore in my non medical opinion, I think it highly unlikely that any fruit could make a sudden effect on your INR. Perhaps binging on fruit and bringing on diarrhoea could do it, as that seems to effect INR.
