Palpitations or AF?

Hi

Had one episode of AF so far - taking a beat blocker and recent tests have shown no return.

However, last night I had a few hours where my heart was beating very hard albeit in a regular fashion with a pulse of about 65 - could physically see my chest and stomach move

Was this just palpitations or was it AF? Or can this be caused by anxiety?

I would say not AF probably stress/worry/ anxiety. AF is ALWAYS irregular.
