If you live in the West Midland area, nominations to join the 2015 Advisory Group for the WM Health Network are open. The patient/carer spots are still open for the Northern, Central and Southern groups, so if you would like to be an arrhythmia or AF patient representation on the group, there are several places available, please apply.
