Do you live in the Lancashire or Greater Manchester areas? We are seeking patients who would be interested in participating in local NHS work to help develop AF services and care pathways. You will need to be available to attend a meeting on 11th November just outside of Manchester.

If you would be interested in taking part or to learn more, please email vicki@afa.org.uk by 5.30pm on Monday 27th October.
