Im having lone afib every 2 days and everytime the episodes are done im so gratefull for being alive and spend all my time with my 1 month daugther all i can. i can say that i feeling pretty good today.

make sure you are having enough potassium in your diet- I have found it helps a lot- orange juice, bananas, mushrooms, etc!! I hope you start having longer intervls between episodes,

Get on the right meds mate and reduce the events. I was going the same way until I found the right combination of meds and now get one breakthrough a month if that. This condition isnt going to kill you so stop worrying but you can greatly reduce your AF burdon by avoiding triggers and getting on the right meds for YOU.
