Pink Carnation Supper 4th October Hyatt Regency Hotel Birmingham.

Before I book the table can I just check the names of those wishing to join us the evening before HRC.

So far I have Myself, Eileen and Mel. Rosy G, Carol, Dedeottie, Sandra+1,and falling to pieces(Pat) and I have also written Sann+1 ? which makes eleven all told. Can you confirm your wish to come asap so I can book our table. There may be one or two that I haven't recorded and I don't want to disappoint anybody.

I hope you have a good evening, I can't be there for the dinner this year as the annual conference coincides with a long standing arrangement on the Saturday, but will be driving up early Sunday morning to see you all.

So I think it's pink carnation breakfast for me please Bob....

Sounds good Bob but as in previous years we spend the Saturday with our friends who live in Birmingham and then see them again for dinner on the Sunday evening post conference. Would have liked to come along but don't want to offend our good friends.

What a numpty!!! Was going to make it this year and somehow in a senior moment forgot to book a place and only just remembered reading this post. Just tried and it's fully booked. May not be there Bob due to 2nd ablation on the 1st. If I cancel my £ 20 booking with the conference centre I wonder if I will get a refund?

Your booking would or should have been via AFA not ICC. Give them a call.

Hi Bob -- regret that I have to bow out of this years HRC, so that will be minus 2 for Sat. evening.

So there is a spare ticket going -- I will let AFA know so if anyone wants one they can contact them.
