coffee and chat....

Just to say thanks to MammaCass for a brilliant hour this morning. Loads of catch-up and af chat, made up for me missing the West Country Cell lunch last week. Funniest moment: when two phones chirped at the same time (11 am) to remind us both to take our tablets!

It was awesome catching up with you Jan, so many years, so much history, so much to catch up on. And yes our phone alarms going off at the same time was hilarious. the time passed very quickly... Definitely lunch next time, I had a look at the menu at the Glass House, it looks good. x

Could do with a meetup in Wirral or Chester area if anyone is up for it.

Meeting informally for a chat is such a boost Loo, though Jan and I have known each other for many years and have reconnected through this site. It was a joy this morning to catch up, I'm looking forward to lunch in the near future

I do hope someone responds to you, Loo. We all deserve a bit of luck, in our circumstances!

We are lucky Loo, we were both part of Nailsea when it was a village, before it turned into a town, at a time when everyone knew or was a relative of someone. I walked around Nailsea town centre today after meeting Jan and I didn't see a soul I knew. I lived in Nailsea for over 30 years so I was quite sad not to bump into a friendly face.
