I have seen some reports and would just like to know if it helped

Has anyone tried the Bowen Technique
Interesting that since I had a number of sessions with a Bowen Practitioner for my sciatica. One day I commented that my ectopics were very bad and he said he would do some work on my vagus nerve. Now I was booked for a 24 hour holter monitor before seeing my old EP in London a few days later but there was no adverse activity so I never went . Prior to that I had been experiencing 24/7 ectopics with every third or fourth beat missed and was expecting to have more treatment . Now there is no way I can conclusively say that it was Bowen that stopped the ectopics but it is a really big coincidence if it wasn't. Worth a try so long as your practitioner isn't too pricey. Mine down here in Devon charges £40 for a first hours visit and £35 thereafter.

Yes, but not for AF. Very gentle energy medicine and will certainly help energy alignment and decrease stress.
I tried once but not impressed. She said she wasn't qualified to do anything with the vagus nerve, so she didn't which is fair enough. I also had neck muscle spasms with a constant headache at the time and she made no difference at all. She also didn't get to the bottom of why I was getting this.
So I suppose there are Bowen Practitioners of varying capabilities, so try and get a good one?
Just as an aside, I went for a massage afterwards with a chiro who cured my neck muscle spasms and also probably got to the basic reason for them, which is possibly me squinting a lot because of light-sensitivity (possibly caused by my drugs?). So I've ordered some special sun-glasses, see if that helps.
