Hi moggdog, I am not sure about your condition, especially how it effects your everyday living. I am also not able to know what your GP/ Hospital history is showing the Panel. However should you be rejected, then you must make sure you have been fully assessed by the medical team in whether you are capable to cope with every day life, for example, have you had Syncope, blackouts, TIAs, Stroke, is it dangerous to prepare your own meals, are you depressed. It is not just if you are able to walk, it's how far you can walk, and do you fall over etc. do you get breathless, how far can you walk before feeling unwell. Have you visited the GP and explained how you feel, have you told the powers to be everything. I can tell you that they will have had copies of the times you have been to see your GP and outpatients in detail. Even down to missed apps.

Do not rely on them reading beneath the lines,(ATOS) they are not interested in how you feel, it has to be written in front of them. So my advise to you is always visit your GP AND ALWAYS explain to them your condition. I guess I have always felt Doctors were like gods, reason being I was brought up in the 30s and 40s, but now days you have to be able to stand up for your self, and dot all the I..s and cross all the T..s.

I have no qualifications or probable right to answer your question this way, I only wan't you to be armed with all the facts, and get a fair deal. Fingers crossed.
