We are looking for members who were previously taking warfarin but wanted to change to Rivaroxaban; specifically those who had an uphill battle to get it prescribed but have now successfully done so. Just changed wasn't difficult though

Was on phenindione because of warfarin allergy. Switched to rivaroxiban when it was red listed. Had to engage the PCT. It was a real hassle but got there on cost grounds as on the whole it worked out cheaper.
