bit far for me sorry x
was thinking of moving closer to the seaside but have not got any scuba gear.
Whenever I moved I always checked contour lines. I'm 217 ft above sea level so if I get wet you are all doomed! I once lived in a riverside town and vowed never to do it again.
Hi Bob yea I know what you mean, although I live by the sea (well 5 miles) near Skegness, but don think the sea will get that far, although yesterday we got a mention on TV as the gale here was 67 mph.Im coming to the do in Nov at Birmingham ,so looking forward to meeting you all.
Bit far for me to come, Bob. Like you I would never live by a river, cliff area or beach! I live on top of a hill looking down on Truro Cathedral, whilst Truro used to get flooded, we do not.
Are there any members around the Truro/Falmouth/Redruth/St. Austell areas so we could do the same here?
You never know might amaze you by actually getting there, want to get to Axmouth to trace family history so maybe could combine. Will let you know ASAP
