At the Patients Day last year, they said to aim for 3. I'm aiming for the high 2's because I'm a coward!

I have been on warfarin for 2 years and mine is always between 2.2 and 2.4 and I have been told this is good and I only get tested every 10 weeks
I'm like Koll and Bob. I've already had at least one TIA, pre warfarin days, and don't want another, so keep mine around 2.8 to 3
