had ablation three months ago. but ive had two svt attacks and had to go to hospital .but anyway .im not on any meds yet. so what meds should i ask for? and by the way .im pissed right off with this condition

You need professional advice on that, moggdog - but no doubt beta blockers or similar will be on the list. I had to reply to your query because it made me laugh! I think I get as pissed off as you do sometimes! Just when you think things are going fine there's a backward step. Maybe we should start a pissed off club?!

That's understandable, mate. Panic happens. I don't any more - simply because I've been AFing for so many years now and I'm still here! Don't forget, panic creates more panic and then the symptoms get worse (and then you worry as well as getting pissed off!). Stick in there and stay positive.
