Hi all. M husband has AF and just plods along and takes the medication prescribed and gets little/no data on the condition. I want to understand his condition and the risks, diet, etc... as we are both in our 40's and hope we stilol have a lot of miles on the clock yet.. so to speak.

Hi Chrsmatthe

Welcome to the site, well if you want to understand A Fib there is no better site that the AF Association, which has a lot of information on it for people who are diagnosed, and lots of articles from people with their experiences.

I am sure you both have a lot of miles left on the clock (you are striplings in your 40's :) ) but if there are any specific questions you have, you are welcome to post them here, and someone will have probably been there, or experienced it, or know abouit it.

Good luck and be well

Ian
