Any one using flecanide here .?

Even im using flecanide since two weeks twice 100 mg daily i had a scary attack and my hair is falling

and currently I have short breath even my doctor after examining me insists that it is not related to the medication

Actually I just complete fourty eight hours after the cardio version feeling hard to breath and anxiaty is killing me

Very sorry to hear of your symptoms. I can only say that your doctor may be right. I took Flecainide for a month with no side effects at all, but it does affect everyone differently.

I hope you manage to find out what is causing your problems.

Actually I'm using it since a month and it helped me to reduced irregular beats but I had a serious AF Attack on Friday and car diversion which indicate that it is not working to prevent them as per my doctor report

I have been taking Flecanide since last October & haven't has an episode since & no side effects. Was having episodes regularly & lasting 17 to 18 hours each time. Guess we all react differently. Hope you get sorted quickly.

Sometimes cv doesn't work perhaps if you lowered your dose it would help. Worth talking to your doctor about. Terjo

Actually my doctor confirmed that flecanide doesn't cause this side effect even I'm sure it does

Anyway he also mentioned that it is not working with me to stop AF attacks

On the positive side I'm don't feel daily ectopic beats as before

I will lower my dose gradually from twice 100 mg daily to twice 50

I'm suffering a lot from stress where I feel I can't rest and my muscles can't relax .

Is it related to flecanide ? I'm really scared since the doctor is ignoring my complains which maybe not related to it at all

Hi Maitha, I used to get shortness of breath on flecianide but it eased after a while, my main problem with the drug, is that I have lost the feeling in my finger tips! :/ X

I noticed that few others here having the same complain of shortness in breath but about your tips none !

Logically it maybe from low blood pressure due to slow heart rate caused by medication

It worth to be mentioned to your doctor
