Hi Dayelilly

According to my pharmacist, the answer is No, take paracetemol instead.

Aspirin may intefere with your INR reading, you should also not take Ibuprofen.

Paracetemol for pain such as headaches toothache etc, if you need anything stronger Codeine, or the codeine paracetemol mix. If it's really bad see your doctor and get one of the Opiates.

BUT check with your pharmacist, they will know what other drugs you take and what's safe for you, that's the safest answer by far

Good luck

Ian

Thank you so much. I have been suffering from a painful gout flare up from starting meds to lower Uric Acid and the doctor didn't prescribe any pain meds to take with it. I was really suffering and feeling disparate. I finally got the meds today and hope to feel better soon. I love this site, it has been so helpful to me as I am newly diagnosed with Afib. Thanks again, Sandy
