It's Russian. Having been a Russian linguistic at one time in my life, the question looks legitimate. The person may have found this site by translating English into Russian. Not sure why they didn't do the same instead of posting in Russian. The translation that was offered by MoonRocket looks close enough for me. I don't know anything about Ivermectin. I'm on the relugolix (Orgovyx)/abiraterone regimen myself.
