Zytiga first than Xtandi gives more total time of sensitivity. IDK if the same is true for Zytiga->Erleada.

My MO at MSK added Erleada first. He said this approach is better when I asked him.

Evidence?

They didn’t give me any evidence. When I said” can I try Abi. Instead?” They came back to me and said “ dr. Said Erleada is better”. As you know he is a very good MO at MSK and I followed his recommendation and started Erleada at that time.
