m1a vs m1c

The only spreading the pet scans show are 3 lymph nodes on the outside of the lungs.

Do not see anything in bones or pelvic area or any organs.

Certainly this has to be good news, better than spreading to bone and organs yes?

But does it really matter? I am hoping it will help in treatment, holding it back.

I am sorry for stupid questions and concerns. I am all alone and getting hit hard all at once here.

Also, m1c means it has gone beyond bones into organs, lungs.

However, mine has not breached the inside of the lungs yet. My lungs as well as everything else in me functions fine.

peeing sometimes does not flow fully but my lungs are fine.

Would I be m1c or maybe hoping m1a.

Thank you and God bless to all of you.

Would these be hilar lymph nodes?

Yes

Ok. I had a similar finding on my psma scan. Did you get them biopsied to confirm they are indeed pca? Lung lymph nodes are very active metabolic wise and frequently throw off false positive psma scan findings.

Well the hilar nodule doubled in size since 5/24. now 3.6 and two more have appeared.

I have upcoming psma scan. Sounds like lung biopsy in future.

Thankyou for your thoughts, feedback!

Lung biopsy confirms pc. Being I have a idc per prostrate biopsy. Which has little to no impact on psa. Mine at most was6.25.

I feel it is the aggressive type. Which can go straight to the lungs. Which it did.
