I am remembering when we started this journey with prostate cancer and I was afraid Mike would not get to see our son graduate high school. He has been able to see high school graduations for both children and see them navigate early adulthood in college. He has been able to continue to work and also enjoy his life and hobbies.
We have had some scary moments and struggle with health issues from the medications. But I am so thankful he’s still here after 5 years post diagnosis. I wanted to share my appreciation because the information and support we have received from this group provided help and hope.
Thank you and prayers for all on this journey.

what wonderful news, cancer is such a unpredictable thing. I’m in the same situation myself. I was so afraid I would leave a young widow and die before my grandkids and great grandchildren had a chance to know me. 8 years August the 6 th since my diagnosis. What a war. Keep up the fight there warrior 🙏🙏🙏
