I have already written about this, it should become the best PARP inhibitor out there if its efficacy is really 500 fold better at targeting PARP 1 over PARP 2

But what they seem to have found is that it would help also people with no HRR mutations...

I mean "Advanced Prostate Cancer", I did not find anyone participated in this trial from Advanced Prostate Cancer

God_loves_me: I have been on this clinical trial since April 2024 with the Odette Centre of Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto, with a combination of AZD5305, abiraterone and pred...difficult to speak of results as it is a double blind test and I could be on placebos...but so far, results of PSA tests, CT and MRI show stabilization of cancer...keeping my fingers crossed...But already one big positive: being on this test has given me VIP follow up with the clinical test team...
