I’m currently on an Xtandi, Zometa and Lupron treatment plan. Could there be a correlation between one of these drugs and chronic sinus stuffiness? I also take a cholesterol drug and 3 different blood pressure meds. Thanks in advance if anyone has information.

I’ve been taking Xtandi for 2 1/2 years. Having a stuffy or runny nose is listed as a side effect. I’ve had it since I started taking the medication, but it isn’t a real problem.
Me? Similar, and maybe antidotally: Stuffy, dripping (often alternating) along with balance issues and occasionally sinus headaches. UGH. Haven't found a solution other than OTC (over the counter) treatments.
Eligard, Xgeva, Erleada along with another 10 Rx (prescriptions) daily and another 10 as needed. As with the Xgeva [for bones, a SE (Side Effect) of Eligard/Erleada] most are for SEs associated with ADT (Androgen deprivation therapy).
Godspeed in your search for a solution... Me? Still searching....
Interesting to read your complaint. I have had what I thought were cerviogenic headaches which kept me up all night. Google has several solutions like: youtube.com/watch?v=b-yngm7... which seem to be working well for me but I feel that dripping so maybe its the cancer treatment and not my neck. At any rate it may be worth it to try a few of these You Tube exercises. Good luck.
Long answer: After reviewing a few, I discovered that I'm already doing most daily, but not for headaches. I have osteoarthritis [I'm guessing that means my bones are trying to grow together = this discovered during radiation of prostate (prostatectomy not possible) when I was required to place my head on a head block and the technician could not move my head, to which I was sent to x-ray and then chiropractor who worked out exercises to break up the extra bone material. Got me thru the 28 days of radiation and, as a bonus, I can turn my head again, when backing out of the driveway!]
Lastly, the headaches I get are clearly sinus headaches, migraines being ruled out. The pain is mostly at the front of the face. The solution that works for me are sinus/flu pills which now work better than a simple antihistamine.
Xtandi Lupron Zometa here. Same sinus issues as the rest. For me, any brand OTC product with 4mg chloropheniramine in them works very effectively and for hours.
Just IMHO, always consult with your medical team for contraindications before using .
