fluid buildup

My husband is starting to get some fluid buildup. He got both sides of around the lungs drained last week .

This week Some swelling in both feet.

He has been getting blood transfusions the last 6 months.

No more treatments since the cancer is progressed and bone marrow is effected.

Idk how long the transfusions will be.

I’m scared of not knowing what to expect.

I’m sorry to hear of your husband’s decline. Sounds like he is getting great active medical care, now sounds like the right time to sit down with your palliative care team and discuss this with them. They have caring staff on hand to help you through this. They do this every day , they are very experienced . I’m wishing the best for your husband and yourself as well. A big ehug out to both of you.

❤️❤️❤️
