chemo and genetic testing questions

My husband’s genetic testing of the biopsies came back. It’s 19 pages and I am having a super difficult time interpreting. His Oncologist Urologist is overwhelmed with duties and we probably won’t get reviewed at the level we need.

attaching the executive summary. They said he tests positive for SPOP gene and CDK6. I have read all the recent papers and see some things to ask about related to PAPR.

My question does anyone else have these genes or experience with them?

Next question any one have low BP and high HR after chemo. His last chemo was a week ago. His BP keeps decreasing. Today it was 97/67 with a Heat Rate of 100. I have messaged the doctor and he saw his primary this week and she wants him to see a cardiologist. I’m sure this is weeks or months away. They did an EKG and it was normal.

you could call the company who did the test and see if there is someone who could discuss results with you. We did this and it was helpful. We also recorded the call so we could listen again to what we were told.
