I am post ADT 20 months! Still have very to to no seamen on ejaculation and can get erection but certainly not has hard as before ADT. Has anyone experienced this?

What is your testosterone level? Do you use ED meds?

I have not had testosterone checked in a year! It was 700 last year! Ed meds occasionally!

I was on ADT for two years, plus brachy and ebrt. I have now been off Zoladex for 13 months. I am on 5mg Tadalafil (Cialis) every night. Unable to ejaculated at all. Cannot get an election but the Tadalafil seems to have helped as I have regained length and thickness and sort of half hardness. Hopefully things will improve over the next 12 mths. Not sure what my testosterone levels are and I made the mistake of not knowing enough in the early days of my treatment. This site has taught me a lot and knowing what I know now, I would have had a baseline for testosterone at the start and I would have been on Tadalafil. The important thing is that being alive is better than sex. Cheers and good health, as best you can manage.

I had a RP in 2016, with recurrence of PCa in 2022. I have been enjoying sex (with orgasms) from 2016 up to today, using a vacuum pump. It works very well, and produces a good erection. There is no ejaculation, of course, as my prostate has been removed. The wife is very happy too

might you be suffering from retrograde ejaculation? Any chance you had a TURP?

Hear you! Discuss with your doc. The study that I was in regarding PCa and its impact on gay men provided ED meds, penis pump, and other "toys" to help keep the blood flowing down below, as it were. Although my interest in all things sexual was less than zero during treatment, I participated fully and I am very glad that I did. Five years post treatment and ADT, I am able to get and maintain an erection (of course, not like it was pre-treatment - age has a lot to do with all of this) and to enjoy sex. A downside is that there is almost no ejaculate; a few drops perhaps. But, there's no "mess" either. So many men here complain that their docs do not fully disclose/discuss the likely impact of these treatments on sexual function. I just don't get it. Take matters into your own hands, as it were.

My MO prescribed 10mg Tadalafil (Cialis) after 18 months on Lupron. I did 44 rounds of radiation. My testosterone is now 195 and I am now in the ballgame again. My new wife (8 months) is VERY pleased. And yes like others I just blow smoke, not semen.

In the early days before the cancer was diagnosed, erections were only possible with Cialis, but the downside were the massive headaches that lasted for 2 days, together with the cardiac issues that are well documented. Post surgery and total removal of all of the nerves, there is no erectile ability never mind no mental desire for sex, but also no massive headaches, so its swings and roundabouts.

Husband 77 on ADT gets erections with help of a half Viagra pill but no orgasms (even before the Lupron these were almost non-existent). His urologist at Mayo also gave him C-TRIMIX which you inject into the penis (up to three times per week) which works too. Had never heard of this before. You store it in the freezer.
