Interesting article, but these seem to act in conjuction with forms of ADT which leaves us with the side effects of a lack of Testosterone. May keep us alive but as some have found life on ADT is not really a normal life.

Alive for the next generation of treatments, hopefully without adt!

as much as I could understand the article, it does lead to hope that something might help stop progression 🤞🤞. I wonder how long it will be before something is approved.

Onct-534 has received the fast tracking from FDA so hopefully soon!!

Booted from the trial in June. Absolutely no effect for me at highest Phase 1 dose. Doc said it is working for some, but I now have new mutations (Guardant testing) that confirms ADT therapies ineffective for me, need to move on to immunotherapy trial if I can find one or PARP inhibitors/lastly cabazitaxel. Just an update, I said I'd let you know.

Damn! I am sorry to hear that.

Try looking into this: AZD5305 it’s a more selective parp inhibitor and they are enrolling

Just checked it out. Can't believe Pluvicto is an exclusion criteria. Wouldn't you know I only had 3 treatments before switching to the trial I was in!

Yes, went CR 3 months after Taxotere, 9 months after diagnosis. Had external Beam Radiation to sacrum and ribs 4 months ago, pain got better but never went away, now getting worse again in same spots. Radiation Oncologist said I have the "unique distinction" of have a cancer that does not respond to radiation. Thanks for SV102 info, I had just seen that last week and started looking into it. They claim an 85% response in Mexico trials. There is no information yet on USA trials, just says "not yet recruiting".
